While UK mainland deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 working days, it is essential to provide accurate contact and address details to avoid dispatch delays. Please note that if a delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the courier will make a maximum of two attempts before returning the item to our warehouse; in such cases, additional shipping charges may apply, or original postage costs will be deducted from any requested refunds. We strongly encourage you to notify us of any scheduling conflicts before dispatch so our support team can help rearrange a convenient delivery time, saving you both time and extra costs.
While Zone A covers standard delivery for England and Wales, please be aware that specialized regional pricing applies to other areas. Deliveries to Zones B, C, D, and E—which include Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and offshore islands—are ineligible for next-day delivery and will incur a postage surcharge ranging from £6.50 to £11.50 depending on the specific postcode.
